There is currently a great deal of interest and curiosity regarding
the proposed IUP South Campus expansion; unfortunately, while a substantial
amount of information is available about the proposal, much of this information
is in a format that is inaccessible by the average layman.
As such, it is the mission of the IUP South Campus VRML team to create
an accurate model of South Campus, which will convey an accurate concept
of how the South Campus will appear, using virtual reality modeling language.
Such a project should generate enthusiasm, not only for the proposed expansion,
but also for future VRML courses.
The proposed project, however, is exceptionally large and complex.
As such, the goal of the Spring '98 team will be to create an accurate,
if simple, foundation, upon which future classes can build if necessary.
