A nontraditional student housing complex is proposed for the newly acquired land to be developed as the South Campus. The Long-Range Development Plan suggests the investigation into the feasibility of such an apartment complex during the five-year period 1996-2001, with construction to possibly begin sometime during the following five years, 2001-2006.
