The Long-Range Campus Development Plan for IUP,

prepared in 1996 by a team composed of professional consultants Baker and Associates and GWSM, Inc., and university representatives C. Edward Receski, administrative vice president, and Robert L. Marx, Facilities Engineering and Construction Group director, includes a 20-year plan for the development of the South Campus. (Excerpts of the plan are included here.) This area includes the County Farm and Campbell properties acquired recently. The South Campus area is located south and west of the Robertshaw building (the tan building located in the bottom center of the map).
