Our project's value is going to be one of the most crucial parts of what we have done. Not only will the Historical and Genealogical society be able to build upon what we have developed (adding more information, updating houses, etc.), but the general public in Indiana County will able to view an overview of South 6th Street, and learn about their community's history at the same time. This project is a great way to educate children and adults about the early days of Indiana County, and what it used to be like to live here. This community has a very proud history, and this project exemplifies that history very well.
