Responsibilities: To teach 3-12 semester hours of undergraduate mathematics courses per semester in a department which places high priority on teaching excellence; To participate in academic and professional activities of the department and university.
Qualifications: The minimum qualification is a bachelors degree in mathematics or related field plus 15 hours of graduate credit A masters degree or doctorate is preferred, as is teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
In order to become a finalist, candidates must communicate effectively and perform well during the interviews. A presentation of a classroom topic will be required.
