Solving Systems of Linear Equations

Let's turn our attention to solving systems of linear equations, Ax=b. If a solution exists, we say the system is consistent, otherwise inconsistent. Two systems are called equivalent if their solutions coincide. Let's investigate. We have to enter b a bit differently in order to append rows.
