Tony and Carole Kuczinski Memorial Scholarship

The Tony and Carole Kuczinski Memorial Scholarship shall provide scholarship support to students enrolled at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria for scholarship consideration:

  1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a declared major in Mathematics Education;
  2. Must have earned at least 57 credits (junior standing) with 25 or more credits in declared major;
  3. Must have a 3.0 or greater earned cumulative grade point average;
  4. Must be a permanent resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
  5. Application should include information on extra-curricular activities and detail the reason the candidate is choosing a career in mathematics education.

Selection of recipients for the Tony and Carole Kuczinski Memorial Scholarship shall be made by the Department of Mathematics.
