7. Creating Your Health Screenings Page
You will need to scan your Speech and Hearing Clearances and TB Test into the computer and save them to a disk.
Scanning Clearances
Double click on the Epson Smart Panel icon on the desktop. Click on the scan and save icon. Place your image in the top right corner of the scanner face down and close the scanner. Press the green start button on the front of the scanner. A file savings settings box pops up. Choose the location where you wish to save your image. Then click OK. Another Save & View screen will pop up, save the file or save and view the file.
Repeat this step for your second clearance.

Inserting Speech and Hearing Test Results
In Microsoft FrontPage, open the file titled "HealthSH" from your CD.
Highlight the words "Paste the results of speech and hearing test here." and delete them.
Click "Insert" on the toolbar, scroll down and click "Picture", scroll down and click "From File". A box will appear where you will need to locate where your speech and hearing test results are saved. If it is saved on a 3.5" floppy disk choose that from the drop down box, if it is saved on the hard drive of the computer select that from the box and then double click on the file that contains your speech and hearing test results.
Inserting TB Test Results
In Microsoft FrontPage, open the file titled "HealthTB" from your CD.
Highlight the words "Place results of TB test here." and delete them.
Click "Insert" on the toolbar, scroll down and click "Picture", scroll down and click "From File". A box will appear where you will need to locate where your TB test results are saved. If it is saved on a 3.5" floppy disk choose that from the drop down box, if it is saved on the hard drive of the computer select that from the box and then double click on the file that contains your TB test results.
Creating Links From "Clearances Page" to Individual Clearances
After completing both your individual TB test and Speech and Hearing clearance pages you can link those individual pages to the main Health Screenings page.
To link the pages you must know what you saved each individual clearance page as, that is why it is important to use file names that are easy to remember.
In Microsoft FrontPage, open the file names HealthSc from your CD.
Use the cursor to highlight the words Speech and Hearing Clearance. Right click on the highlighted words and scroll down and click on hyperlink properties.
A box will pop up called Insert Hyperlink.
Under the left column "Link to:" click on Existing File or Web Page.
To select an existing file, click on the drop down box titled "Look in:", find the location that you have saved your speech and hearing clearance page in and click on the file name that saved it under.
When finished click OK and your link will have become a hyperlink.
Repeat the above steps for your TB results.
